Job Summary
Build and deepen relationships with pediatric providers, diagnosticians, behavioral health professionals, schools, and referral partners across the Phoenix area. Represent The Treetop in person at provider offices, community events, and professional meetings to drive completed intakes and ensure families start care quickly. Respond fast to incoming referrals and work hand in hand with intake and clinical teams for a smooth start to care. Keep your activity and relationships organized and logged. You must have ABA or healthcare experience with existing connections in the Phoenix market, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to travel regionally. Required Qualifications
- ABA or healthcare experience
- experience in or around healthcare or provider relations
- understanding of how referrals and diagnosis-to-service actually work
- existing connections to pediatricians, diagnosticians, schools, nonprofits, or referral sources in the Phoenix market
- Must live within commuting distance of Phoenix
- Reliable vehicle
- comfortable with frequent in-market and regional travel
