Job Summary
Lead Evolution's pursuit of new hydraulic fracturing business by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities with major shale oil and gas producers. Develop and manage a robust new business sales pipeline while strategically positioning electric fracturing technology as the premier market platform through proactive outreach. Construct detailed fleet-level economic models, perform sensitivity analyses to demonstrate total cost of ownership advantages, and lead the creation of comprehensive proposals and executive presentations for high-value opportunities. Monitor industry trends and competitor movements to maintain a competitive advantage, representing the voice of the market to senior leadership. Requires 25-75% travel, Monday through Friday schedule in Midland, TX, and a Bachelor's degree with 5-10 years of hydraulic fracturing sales experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Successfully passes all applicable general pre-employment testing including but not limited to: background check, pre-employment drug screening, pre-employment fit tests, pre-employment aptitude and/or competency assessment(s)
- Daily overtime required and in person, predictable attendance in Midland, TX
- Valid U.S. Driver's License required
- 3-year U.S. driving history
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with Company policy
- Bachelor's degree (technical or business preferred)
- 5-10 years Hydraulic Fracturing sales experience
- Strong Hydraulic Fracturing Operations understanding
- Strong interpersonal communication
- Desire to build and maintain relationships
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, digital tools, apps, and other advanced software
- Desire and ability to innovate, both internally and in our partnerships
- Lead collaboratively with influence to accomplish key initiatives
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Ability to effectively multitask and pay attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective competency of and communication via Teams
- Ownership of the communication between EVO and respective partner(s)
- Flexibility with travel and a hybrid work setting
- Work at one of EVO offices (The Woodlands, Houston, Midland, Pittsburgh, etc.)
- Work at one of EVO's target client/partner offices (Denver, Houston, Dallas, Pittsburgh, Oklahoma City etc.)
- Work on site as required
- Close vision and the ability to adjust focus while reading and staring at computer monitor
- Ability to speak clearly and audibly
- Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities
- Must be able to lift 49 lbs. independently
- Must be able to lift 50 100 lbs. with a team lift
- Work hours may include early morning, late evenings, and weekends, depending on business necessity
