Job Summary
Drive outbound across email, phone, LinkedIn, and video to hunt developers, product leaders, and GTM executives for AI-powered experiences. Build and run AI-native prospecting workflows using Clay and Apollo to enrich accounts and automate busywork. Qualify inbound signals like self-serve signups and API usage spikes into enterprise opportunities while representing Tavus at industry events and hackathons. Partner with AEs on strategic plays, refine messaging based on field intelligence, and maintain accurate CRM records. Based in San Francisco with a flexible schedule, this role offers uncapped commission, equity, and unlimited PTO within a Series B team building AI Humans.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years in a BDR, SDR, or event-driven sales role
- ideally at an AI, developer tools, or API-first SaaS startup
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- AI-native by default: daily use of AI tools to research, write, and automate
- Comfortable with the modern outbound stack (Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, and sequencing/engagement tools)
- Experience attending, organizing, or working conferences, events, or trade shows
- Passion for AI, startups, and emerging technology
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and excited to build processes from the ground up
- Willingness to travel for events
- Based in San Francisco (in-person role)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience prospecting technical buyers (dev tools, APIs, ML/AI products)
- Built Clay tables, agentic workflows, or other outbound automations from scratch
- A creative approach to outbound: AI video, memes, or anything else that stands out in a crowded inbox
- A background in organizing or working field events, hackathons, or community meetups
