Business Development Representative

Job Summary
Responsible for supporting all aspects of Business Development for Sales including lead management, opportunity identification, and collaboration across sales, marketing, customer service, and operations. Maintains CRM data integrity, tracks activities from lead to project completion, creates quotes and SPAs with proper pricing logic, and provides one-on-one CRM assistance to the sales force. Emphasizes data governance, accurate account hierarchies, and cross-functional coordination to improve business performance. Requires associate degree or relevant experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and comfort with MS Power BI/Dynamic CRM.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in a related field or relevant experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills
- MS Office: Knowledge of Dynamic CRM and MS Power BI is a plus but not required
