Job Summary
Map your route, run approximately 15 on-site visits, and book work for surface repairs including floors, countertops, tubs, and cabinets. Log notes and metrics in our software while coordinating with your Owner and Sales team. Perform light admin and prep from home, followed by weekly sales coaching and ongoing support. This role offers scheduling autonomy to balance work commitments with personal appointments, allowing you to structure your day during standard business hours. No prior sales experience is required; we provide comprehensive training and a supportive team to help you succeed.
