Job Summary
BDR in Spain responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, initiating relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team to achieve revenue targets for SS&C's financial technology solutions. Responsibilities include lead generation and prospecting, targeted outreach via email/phone/social media, discovery calls to qualify needs, maintaining CRM with activity and opportunities, handing over qualified leads to Account Executives, staying informed on industry trends, and reporting on metrics such as calls, emails, meetings, and opportunities. Requires collaboration with internal teams and a proactive approach to develop sales skills and product knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- 2 years of experience in a business development, sales development, or inside sales role, preferably FinTech or enterprise software
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
