Job Summary

BDR role generating qualified pipeline into named enterprise accounts across Singapore and broader SEA through targeted outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and social channels. Prospecting senior decision-makers (CIOs, COOs, Heads of Transformation) and conducting credible, value-led discovery against MEDDPICC. Map enterprise buying groups and engage multiple personas (IT, operations, finance, transformation, C-suite). Articulate the SS&C Blue Prism story with conviction, differentiating against competitors in an AI/automation market. Nurture longer-cycle prospects from field or channel sales and process inbound demand in line with SLAs. Own your desk with self-directed pipeline management, use AI tools to accelerate research, messaging, and preparation. Strong discovery and qualification skills, storytelling and value-selling instincts to translate complex product into buyer outcomes. Familiarity with Salesforce and sales engagement tools (SalesLoft, Outreach) and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha). 0–2 years of B2B sales experience; strong hunter mindset; Bachelor’s degree desired but not essential. Based in Singapore; hybrid work model.
