Job Summary
Business Development Representative to identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients with the goal of generating high-quality appointments for our Outside Sales team. Responsibilities include prospecting and contacting potential clients daily via phone, email, and direct mail; qualifying leads to ensure legitimate interest and need for services prior to sales appointments; managing inbound/outbound lead flow; maintaining accurate Sales CRM data; collaborating with Sales and Brand Services to execute marketing strategies in targeted segments; conducting market research to identify successful verticals for new business opportunities; supporting team meetings and contributing to revenue goals for new accounts and services; assisting in developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns; and performing additional duties as assigned. Requires 3+ years of inside sales and cold-calling experience, proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft 365, and strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities. Location options include Greensboro, NC or Winston-Salem, NC offices (both on-site). Compensation includes base hourly pay of $24-$29/hour plus commissions and bonuses, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k) with 3% match, and life insurance. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in cold calling and inside sales
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft 365

- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated and proactive with minimal supervision
- Strong leadership and coaching qualities
