Job Summary
Drive outbound prospecting and high-volume cold-calling to identify, qualify, and create opportunities for senior-level decision-makers. Build and maintain a robust pipeline by researching target companies, engaging executives and professionals, scheduling meetings for the sales team, and clearly communicating the value proposition. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience, handle objections, maintain CRM records, and consistently meet activity and performance targets in a remote, B2B-focused selling environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in outbound cold calling and business development.
- Strong B2B sales experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Professional and confident phone presence.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
