Job Summary
Business Development Representative to generate new business opportunities and maintain referral relationships for PuroClean of North Metro Atlanta. Responsibilities include prospecting, relationship building with referral partners and COIs, managing a Top 25 account list, conducting face-to-face visits and networking events, promoting continuing education opportunities for insurance and property management professionals, maintaining client communications, ensuring customer satisfaction, collaborating with operations to deliver service, increasing brand awareness through community involvement, and developing an understanding of restoration services, estimating, and production processes. Requires outside sales experience, strong communication skills, ability to present to groups, self-motivation, professional appearance, and valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Comfortable speaking to groups, conducting presentations, and attending networking events
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Professional appearance and high level of integrity
- Existing relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, real estate professionals, plumbers, contractors, or commercial accounts are a plus
- Valid driver's license required
