Job Summary
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new business in the pest management services sector; manage prospecting and client outreach to achieve and exceed sales quotas; maintain organized sales activity systems, prospect new clients through referrals and targeted outreach, build target account plans for major prospects, and provide timely sales reporting. Utilize knowledge of pest management industry and pricing policies to ensure competitive, compliant sales. Maintain and present sales materials, develop customer relationships, and participate in professional conferences and seminars to stay current in the field. Willingness to obtain Pesticide Applicators License for the assigned Florida region; able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment; operates with a professional appearance and strong communication skills. The role includes base salary plus commission, benefits, and a company vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years outside sales experience in the service industry
- Willingness to obtain Pesticide Applicators License for assigned region
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong relationship-building skills and client management
- Knowledge of the complete sales cycle
- Independent work capability
- Professional presentation and appearance
