Job Summary
Business Development Representative responsible for canvassing neighborhoods and businesses to generate leads, scheduling roof inspection appointments, educating homeowners on RoofServ services, tracking leads and follow-up activity, and supporting residential and commercial opportunities. Role involves field-based, in-person work in Raleigh/Durham/Eastern North Carolina; office located in North Hills Raleigh; flexible scheduling (Full-Time or Part-Time) with clear opportunity for advancement and earnings potential through qualified appointments and completed jobs. Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required; strong communication, reliability, and willingness to work outdoors are valued. Training and mentorship provided to build roofing knowledge, lead generation skills, and career development.
