Job Summary
Manage long sales cycles by identifying new business opportunities, qualifying prospects, and building lasting relationships with decision-makers in IT and IT services. Collaborate with technical, delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to develop solutions that create value for clients while preparing proposals, pitches, and presentations for enterprise or technical clients. Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and client meetings to engage international tech giants. Work from the Riga office with flexible hours, managing multiple opportunities independently and guiding opportunities through to signed agreements.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B business development, sales, or account management experience within IT or IT services
- experience managing long sales cycles
