Job Summary
Business Development Representative to join ASI's global sales team from the United Kingdom (Remote). The role focuses on developing target accounts for prospecting, following up and qualifying inbound leads, generating new opportunities via outbound calls and emails, maintaining CRM data, and tracking outbound activities to achieve meeting goals. Requires strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot/iMIS); proven BDR or similar experience with a track record of meeting quotas; bachelor’s degree preferred. Compensation includes a base salary with commissions (£12,000 - £25,000 GBP) and a base range of £35,000 - £40,000 GBP, with flexibility for professional growth and a comprehensive benefits package. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong drive and a determined sales approach
- Experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot and/or iMIS)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales quotas, preferred
