Job Summary

BDR role focused on outbound prospecting to grow adoption of Imply Lumi; identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers, educate prospects on Imply Lumi use cases, and build the pipeline in collaboration with Account Executives. Responsibilities include researching accounts, qualifying inbound leads, educating technical buyers (SREs, DevOps) on value, maintaining accurate activity and pipeline in SFDC, and partnering with Marketing to refine messaging and campaign targeting; requires strong Salesforce proficiency, ability to present to staff and clients, and a track record of accountable achievement.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce
  • Prior track record of achievement in positions with significant accountability
  • Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and be self-motivated
  • A passion for research as well as strong in-person, phone, and written customer communication skills
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to make formal and informal presentations to staff and clients
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of the department or business goals
