Job Summary

Business Development Representative for remote work in the UK&I region, focused on generating net-new pipeline and qualifying meetings for Jitterbit’s cloud-based integration platform. Responsibilities include executing targeted outbound campaigns via calls and emails, developing tailored outreach messages, building pipeline and SQLs, collaborating with sales and marketing, documenting learnings and trends, and staying aligned with Jitterbit’s value proposition and GTM strategy. Ideal candidates will articulate the platform’s capabilities, understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth through proactive prospecting, CRM/Salesloft usage, and effective communication in English. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years SaaS sales/BDR experience (including cold-calling), strong English proficiency, passion for cloud/SaaS products, and a growth-oriented mindset.

Required Qualifications
