Job Summary
Remote-first BDR role focused on life sciences sales with a clear growth path to AE or CSM. Responsibilities include owning top-of-funnel outbound prospecting, qualifying inbound leads, identifying decision-makers across academic and biotech sectors, delivering personalized outreach to technical buyers, building deep product knowledge to engage scientists, partnering with AEs to book meetings, and logging CRM activities. Preferred background in life sciences, 6–24 months in a revenue-generating or customer-facing role, strong communication and storytelling skills, and a metrics-driven mindset. Authorized to work in the US or Canada; no visa sponsorship available. Location flexibility includes a remote-first setup with in-person customer meetings in listed biotech hubs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field strongly preferred
- 6 months to 2 years in a revenue-generating or customer-facing role
