Job Summary
Business Development Representative to lead high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS, build and manage targeted prospect lists using Apollo and Clay, run multi-touch outbound sequences in Instantly, and write compelling outreach with strong CTAs. You will qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline, handle objections, and book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives. You’ll log activities in HubSpot, continuously improve messaging, and aim to hit daily activity targets, conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution. Must operate with excellent English communication, focus on US-based decision-makers, and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment. Remote work is supported with a presence across the United States and Central/South America, and experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) and outbound prospecting platforms is desired.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
