Job Summary
BDR role focused on high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) for Bluelight, a software consultancy. Responsibilities include cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn and SMS outreach, building prospect lists with Apollo and Clay, running multi-touch sequences in Instantly, writing personalized outbound emails and messages, qualifying prospects (budget, authority, need, timeline), handling objections, booking qualified discovery calls for Account Executives, and maintaining accurate activity logs in HubSpot. Must meet or exceed KPIs for daily activity, conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution. Requires experience in outbound sales, familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar), and strong English communication skills. Nice-to-have tools include Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and experience with AI-assisted workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles, preferably within technology or software industries
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a customer service-oriented approach
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
