Job Summary
BDR role focused on high-volume outbound prospecting to expand client base for a software consultancy. Responsibilities include conducting 80–150+ daily outreach activities via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn and SMS; using HubSpot to manage tasks, cadences, and follow-ups; building targeted prospect lists with Apollo and Clay; executing multi-touch outbound sequences in Instantly; writing and sending high-converting outbound emails and LinkedIn messages with strong personalization and clear calls-to-action; initiating outbound conversations and communicating Bluelight's value proposition early; qualifying prospects based on defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline) and identifying real opportunities; handling objections; booking qualified discovery calls for Account Executives with strong show rates; logging activities and pipeline updates in HubSpot; refining messaging based on results; meeting or exceeding KPIs (daily activity targets, conversations, meetings booked, pipeline contribution); required skills include proven B2B/inside sales experience in tech/software, CRM familiarity, outbound calling experience, strong English communication, and ability to work independently and within a team; nice-to-have tools include Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and AI productivity tools; success means hitting activity/meeting targets and building a predictable pipeline; benefits include competitive salary/bonuses, generous PTO, flexible hours, remote work, and ongoing education.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles
- Strong outbound prospecting experience
- Experience with CRM/software tools (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience with outbound channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, SMS) preferred
