Job Summary
BDR role focused on high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) targeting US-based decision-makers. Responsibilities include managing outbound sequences via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and SMS; using HubSpot to track outreach; building prospect lists with Apollo/Clay; executing multi-touch sequences with Instantly; writing personalized outbound messages; qualifying prospects (budget, authority, need, timeline); handling objections; booking qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; and maintaining accurate activity logs and pipeline data. Success KPIs include daily activity targets, conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution. Requires strong English communication, independent work style, and ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Nice-to-have tools include Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and AI-assisted workflows. Remote-friendly with a Curitiba, Brazil HQ presence; company emphasizes remote work option and ongoing professional development.
