Job Summary
BDR role focused on high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) via cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn, and SMS. You’ll use HubSpot to manage outreach, build and manage targeted prospect lists with Apollo and Clay, run multi-touch outbound sequences in Instantly, and craft high-conversion emails and messages. Responsibilities include initiating conversations, qualifying prospects based on budget/authority/need/timeline, handling objections, and booking qualified discovery calls for Account Executives. You’ll log activities in HubSpot, continually improve messaging, and aim to meet or exceed KPI targets such as daily activity, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles
- Experience with outbound sales
- Ability to handle high-volume prospecting (80–150+ activities/day)
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot preferred)
- Experience in building targeted prospect lists and running multi-touch outbound sequences
- Ability to qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, timeline
- Proven ability to book discovery calls and drive pipeline
- Independent work ethic with ability to contribute within a team
- Experience with tools like Apollo, Clay, Instantly is a plus
- Nice to have AI tools for outreach optimization
