Job Summary

Business Development Representative (BDR) role focused on high-volume outbound prospecting for Bluelight, a software consultancy. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities per day) via calls, email, LinkedIn, and SMS; managing outreach in HubSpot; building targeted prospect lists using Apollo and Clay; running multi-touch sequences in Instantly; composing personalized outbound emails and LinkedIn messages; initiating conversations to convey Bluelight's value; qualifying prospects (budget, authority, need, timeline); handling objections; booking qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; logging activities and pipeline updates; and achieving KPI targets for activity, conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution. Ideal candidate has proven B2B or inside sales experience in technology/software, strong negotiation and English communications skills, CRM familiarity, outbound/telesales experience, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team; nice-to-have tools include Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and AI-assisted workflows.
