Job Summary
BDR responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) via cold calls, cold email, LinkedIn and SMS, using HubSpot to manage outreach and follow-ups, building targeted prospect lists with Apollo/Clay, and running multi-touch sequences in Instantly. Duties include writing and sending high-converting outbound messages, initiating conversations to communicate Bluelight's value, qualifying prospects based on budget/authority/need/timeline, handling objections, and booking qualified discovery calls for Account Executives while maintaining accurate pipeline updates. Must meet daily activity and meeting KPIs and contribute to pipeline. Requires experience in B2B/inside sales, strong negotiation, CRM familiarity, and excellent English communication; prefers experience with outbound campaigns and software industry. Nice-to-have tools include Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and AI-assisted workflows. Role supports remote work, with location in Antigua Guatemala, Guatemala, and is part of Bluelight's remote-capable growth across Latin America. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles
- Strong outbound sales experience
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent English communication skills
