Job Summary
Business Development Representative focusing on high-volume outbound prospecting to expand Bluelight's client base for US-based decision-makers. Drive outbound sequences via phone, email, LinkedIn, and SMS using HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, and Instantly; qualify prospects based on budget/authority/need/timeline; book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; maintain detailed activity logs and pipeline updates; aim to meet/exceed daily activity targets, conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution. Strong emphasis on outbound messaging, objection handling, and continuous improvement of outreach strategies, with remote work from San Jose, Costa Rica.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
