Job Summary
BDR role focused on high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) via cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn, and SMS. Use HubSpot to manage outreach, build targeted prospect lists with Apollo and Clay, and run multi-touch sequences in Instantly. Craft and send high-converting outbound emails and LinkedIn messages with clear CTAs; initiate conversations and clearly communicate Bluelight's value proposition to qualify prospects (budget, authority, need, timeline) and identify real sales opportunities. Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives, ensure strong show rates with diligent follow-up, and log all activities in HubSpot. Daily activity targets and pipeline contribution are part of success metrics. Strong English communication, experience in B2B software/tech sales, familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), and ability to work independently within a collaborative team environment are required. Remote-friendly environment with a focus on building a scalable pipeline and achieving KPI targets.
