Job Summary

Business Development Representative (BDR) role focused on high-volume outbound prospecting to expand Bluelight’s client base. Responsibilities include 80–150+ outbound activities per day via cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn, and SMS; using HubSpot to manage outreach; building targeted prospect lists with Apollo and Clay; running multi-touch outbound sequences in Instantly; writing and sending high-converting outbound emails and LinkedIn messages with strong personalization and clear CTAs; initiating conversations to clearly convey Bluelight’s value proposition; qualifying prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline; handling objections and positioning Bluelight as a solution; booking qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; ensuring strong show rates through follow-ups; logging activities and pipeline updates in HubSpot; continuously improving messaging; and achieving daily activity targets, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution. Ideal candidate has proven B2B/inside sales experience in technology/software, strong negotiation and English communication skills, CRM familiarity (e.g., Salesforce), and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team. The role supports remote work with a focus on US-based decision-makers and Latin America regions.
