Job Summary

Remote Business Development Representative focusing on high-volume outbound prospecting to US-based decision-makers. Responsibilities include 80–150+ daily touches via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS; using HubSpot to manage outreach; building targeted lists with Apollo and Clay; running multi-touch sequences in Instantly; writing personalized outbound messages with clear CTAs; qualifying prospects (budget, authority, need, timeline) and booking qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; maintaining accurate activity and pipeline updates; and continuously improving messaging. Requires strong English communication, experience in B2B software/tech sales, outbound dialing, CRM usage, and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Remote role with a San Salvador, El Salvador location; success hinges on meeting daily activity targets, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution. Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales
  • Strong outbound prospecting experience (80–150+ activities/day)
  • Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Experience using prospecting tools (Apollo, Clay, Instantly)
  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Demonstrated ability to hit or exceed KPIs (activities, meetings booked, pipeline)
  • Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling is desirable
