Job Summary
BDR with high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) via cold calls, cold email, LinkedIn, and SMS; manage prospect lists using Apollo and Clay; run multi-touch outbound sequences with Instantly; write and send high-converting emails and LinkedIn messages; initiate conversations and clearly communicate Bluelight’s value; qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline; handle objections and position Bluelight as a solution to software/tech needs; book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; log activities and pipeline updates in HubSpot; strive to meet or exceed KPI targets and build a predictable pipeline.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
