Job Summary
BDR role focused on high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) to expand Bluelight's client base, primarily targeting U.S.-based decision-makers. Responsibilities include cold calls, emails, LinkedIn and SMS outreach; building target prospect lists with Apollo and Clay; running multi-touch sequences in Instantly; crafting high-conversion outbound messages; qualifying prospects based on budget/authority/need/timeline; handling objections; booking qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; and logging activities in HubSpot. Emphasis on meeting KPIs for activity, conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution; remote work available in Latin America, with Ecatepec de Morelos, Mexico as a listed location.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles, preferably within technology or software industries
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
