Job Summary
BDR role focused on high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS to book qualified discovery calls with US-based decision-makers; use HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, and Instantly to manage outreach, build targeted prospect lists, run multi-touch sequences, and log activity; responsibilities include qualifying prospects, handling objections, articulating Bluelight's value proposition, and achieving KPIs for activity, meetings, and pipeline; must have proven B2B/inside sales experience in technology/software, strong English communication, and ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment; Nice-to-have tools include Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and AI-assisted workflows; company offers competitive salary/bonuses, generous PTO, flexible hours, remote work, and ongoing training.
