Job Summary
BDR with high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) via cold calls, cold email, LinkedIn, and SMS. Build and manage targeted prospect lists using Apollo and Clay; run multi-touch outbound sequences in Instantly; write personalized outbound emails and LinkedIn messages; initiate conversations and clearly convey Bluelight's value. Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline; identify real sales opportunities; book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; log all activities in HubSpot; continuously improve messaging; and meet or exceed KPIs such as activity targets, conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution. Nice-to-have tools include Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and experience with AI-assisted workflows. Excellent English communication and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns or telemarketing is desirable
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
