Job Summary
BDR role focused on high-volume outbound prospecting for Bluelight’s software consultancy. Responsibilities include 80–150+ outbound activities per day via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS; using HubSpot to manage outreach; building targeted prospect lists with Apollo and Clay; running multi-touch sequences in Instantly; writing high-converting outbound emails and LinkedIn messages; initiating outbound conversations and clearly communicating Bluelight’s value proposition; qualifying prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline; handling objections; booking qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; and meeting or exceeding KPIs for activity, conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution. Requires proven B2B/inside sales experience, strong negotiation and English communication, CRM familiarity, and the ability to work independently in a remote, performance-driven environment. Nice-to-have tools include Apollo, Clay, and Instantly, with a remote-friendly setup across the US and Latin America; location noted as Naucalpan, Mexico for this posting, with remote work options.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
