Job Summary
BDR with strong outbound sales experience to drive high-volume prospecting and bookings for a software consultancy. Responsibilities include executing 80–150+ outbound activities per day via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS; managing outreach in HubSpot; building targeted prospect lists with Apollo and Clay; running multi-touch outbound sequences with Instantly; crafting high-conversion outbound emails and LinkedIn messages; initiating conversations and communicating Bluelight's value proposition early; qualifying prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline; handling objections and positioning Bluelight's software solutions; booking qualified discovery calls for Account Executives and maintaining high show rates; logging activities and pipeline updates in HubSpot; continuously improving messaging and outreach strategies; and meeting or exceeding KPIs related to activity, conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution. The role emphasizes remote work with a focus on the Latin America region, integration with CRM tools, and a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles, preferably within technology or software industries
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a customer service-oriented approach
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
