Job Summary
BDR role focused on high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS to generate qualified meetings with U.S.-based decision-makers. Must build targeted prospect lists using Apollo and Clay, run multi-touch outbound sequences in Instantly, write compelling outreach messages, qualify prospects based on budget/authority/need/timeline, handle objections, and book qualified discovery calls for AEs. Requires strong English communication, CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar), experience in technology/software sales, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets. Remote role with Colombia listed as the location hint; strong emphasis on outbound sales skills, pipeline development, and achievement of KPI targets.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles, preferably within technology or software industries
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
