Job Summary
BDR role focused on high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) targeting US-based decision-makers in software/technology. You’ll execute outbound sequences via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS, build targeted prospect lists using Apollo and Clay, and manage outreach in HubSpot. Responsibilities include qualifying prospects (budget, authority, need, timeline), handling objections, booking qualified discovery calls for Account Executives, and maintaining accurate activity and pipeline updates. The role emphasizes creating high-conversion outbound messaging, continuous improvement of outreach strategies, and achieving daily activity, meetings booked, and pipeline targets. Strong emphasis on independent work style, excellent English communication, and experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and outbound campaigns. Nice-to-have tools include Apollo, Clay, and Instantly, with a focus on SaaS/software industry and B2B sales success.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles, preferably within technology or software industries
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
