Job Summary
BDR role focused on high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS; manage targeted prospect lists using HubSpot, Apollo, and Clay; run structured multi-touch outbound sequences in Instantly; write and send high-converting outbound emails and LinkedIn messages; initiate conversations with Bluelight's value proposition; qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, timeline; handle objections; book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; ensure strong show rates through follow-up; log activities and pipeline updates in HubSpot; strive to meet or exceed KPIs including daily activity targets, conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales
- Experience with high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day)
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot; Salesforce a plus)
- Ability to qualify prospects using budget, authority, need, timeline
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work remotely and independently while contributing to a team
- Experience with prospecting tools (Apollo, Clay, Instantly) is desirable
