Job Summary
BDR role focused on high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) via cold calls, cold email, LinkedIn, and SMS; qualify prospects based on budget/authority/need/timeline; book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; manage and improve outreach through HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, and Instantly; craft high-conversion outbound emails and messages with clear CTAs; track activities and pipeline, and aim to meet/exceed KPI targets.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles, preferably within technology or software industries
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a customer service-oriented approach
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
