Job Summary
Business Development Representative focused on high-volume outbound prospecting to book qualified discovery calls with US-based decision-makers. Leverage tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, and Instantly to build targeted prospect lists, run multi-touch outreach, and craft personalized emails and LinkedIn messages with strong calls-to-action. Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline; handle objections; and contribute to a predictable pipeline. Success hinges on hitting daily activity targets, generating qualified meetings, and delivering measurable pipeline contribution. Strong English communication, ability to work independently while collaborating with a team, and experience in B2B software/tech sales are desired. Remote role with focus on Latin America, including familiarity with Americas-based clients and outbound sales best practices.
