Job Summary
Remote Business Development Representative role focusing on high-volume outbound prospecting to U.S.-based decision-makers in technology/software, leveraging HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, and Instantly. Responsibilities include executing 80–150+ activities per day via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS; building targeted prospect lists; running multi-touch outbound sequences; writing personalized outreach messages; qualifying prospects based on budget/authority/need/timeline; handling objections; booking qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; documenting activities in HubSpot; and driving KPI achievement for activity, meetings, and pipeline. Requirements emphasize proven B2B/inside sales experience, CRM familiarity, English proficiency, and the ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team. Nice-to-have tools include Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and AI-assisted workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles
- Strong outbound sales experience
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Experience with telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is desirable
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to meet or exceed KPIs (daily activity targets, meetings booked, pipeline contributions)
