Job Summary
BDR role focused on high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS to build targeted prospect lists, qualify opportunities, and book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives. You will manage outreach in HubSpot, use Apollo and Clay for list building, run multi-touch sequences in Instantly, craft high-converting outreach messages, handle objections, and log all activities with the aim of meeting daily activity targets, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution. Strong English communication, ability to work independently yet collaboratively, and a data-driven approach to optimizing messaging and outreach are essential. Remote work is supported for the LATAM/U.S. market, with a focus on engaging U.S.-based decision-makers and driving opportunities for a software consultancy with Bluelight.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles, preferably within technology or software industries
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a customer service-oriented approach
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
