Job Summary
BDR responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting (80-150+ activities/day) via cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn, and SMS; manage prospect lists with Apollo and Clay; run multi-touch sequences in Instantly; write high-converting outbound emails and LinkedIn messages; qualify prospects and book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; log activities in HubSpot; continuously improve messaging; meet/exceed KPIs including activity, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution; remote role centered in Latin America with a focus on engaging U.S.-based decision-makers; requires strong English communication and experience in technology/software sales.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles
- Strong outbound prospecting experience (high-volume)
- Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
- Experience with outbound channels (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, SMS)
- Ability to qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
