Job Summary
BDR role focused on high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS; build and manage targeted prospect lists using Apollo and Clay; run structured multi-touch outbound sequences in Instantly; write high-converting outbound emails and LinkedIn messages; initiate outbound conversations and clearly communicate Bluelight's value proposition; qualify prospects based on budget/authority/need/timeline; book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; log activities and pipeline updates in HubSpot; optimize messaging based on results; meet or exceed KPIs including daily activity targets, conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution; requires strong English communication, experience in B2B software/tech sales, CRM familiarity (HubSpot/Salesforce), and ability to work remotely from Latin America.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles, preferably within technology or software industries
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a customer service-oriented approach
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
