Job Summary
Execute high-volume outbound prospecting daily (80–150+ activities/day) via cold calls, cold email, LinkedIn, and SMS. Use HubSpot to manage daily outreach including call tasks, email cadences, and follow-ups. Build and manage targeted prospect lists using Apollo and Clay, aligned with Bluelight's ideal customer profile. Run structured multi-touch outbound sequences in Instantly to engage prospects and drive responses. Write and send high-converting outbound emails and LinkedIn messages with strong personalization and clear calls-to-action. Initiate outbound conversations with confidence, clearly communicating Bluelight's value proposition within the first few seconds. Qualify prospects based on defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline) and identify real sales opportunities. Handle objections effectively and position Bluelight as a solution to prospects' software and technology needs. Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives and ensure strong show rates through proper follow-up. Accurately log all activities, notes, and pipeline updates in HubSpot. Continuously improve messaging and outreach strategies based on results. Meet or exceed KPIs including daily activity targets, conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles, preferably within technology or software industries
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a customer service-oriented approach
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
