Job Summary
BDR role focused on high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS to generate qualified opportunities and book discovery calls for Account Executives. Responsibilities include building targeted prospect lists, running multi-touch outbound sequences, writing personalized outbound emails and messages, qualifying prospects based on budget/authority/need/timeline, handling objections, logging activities in HubSpot, and meeting/exceeding KPIs for activity, meetings booked, and pipeline. Requires experience in B2B/software sales, strong English communication, CRM familiarity (HubSpot, Salesforce), and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales
- Experience in technology or software industries preferred
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
