Job Summary
BDR role focused on high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) to build a qualified pipeline for a software consultancy. Responsibilities include outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn and SMS outreach, building targeted lists (Apollo/Clay), running multi-touch sequences (Instantly), crafting high-conversion messages, qualifying prospects (budget/authority/need/timeline), handling objections, scheduling discovery calls for Account Executives, and meeting or exceeding KPIs (activity targets, meetings booked, pipeline contribution). Requirements emphasize proven experience in B2B or inside sales, strong English communication, familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar), and independent work capability. Nice-to-have tools include Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and experience with AI-enabled outreach. Required Qualifications
