Job Summary
BDR role focused on high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day), qualifying prospects, booking discovery calls, and achieving KPIs; requires strong English communication and CRM proficiency. You'll build and manage targeted prospect lists, run multi-touch outbound sequences, craft high-conversion emails and LinkedIn messages, and continuously improve outreach strategies to drive pipeline and meetings for Account Executives.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles, preferably within technology or software industries
- Strong outbound prospecting experience (high-volume)
- Experience with CRM software (HubSpot or Salesforce)
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and meet KPIs
- Experience with outbound tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Instantly)
- Ability to qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline
- Ability to book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives
- Strong objection handling and value proposition communication
