Job Summary
BDR role focused on high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities per day) via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn and SMS; manage outreach in HubSpot; build targeted lists with Apollo and Clay; run multi-touch sequences in Instantly; write personalized outbound emails and messages; initiate conversations and clearly communicate Bluelight's value proposition early; qualify prospects and book discovery calls for Account Executives; log activities in HubSpot; continuously improve messaging; meet or exceed daily activity, meetings booked, and pipeline KPIs; remote work option with LATAM focus; strong English communication required; experience in technology/software sales and CRM familiarity expected; location noted as Escuintla, Guatemala.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is desirable
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs (activities, meetings, pipeline)
- Ability to qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, timeline
