Job Summary
BDR responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and SMS; manage outreach in HubSpot; build targeted lists using Apollo and Clay; run multi-touch sequences in Instantly; craft high-conversion outbound emails/LinkedIn messages; initiate conversations and convey Bluelight's value proposition early; qualify prospects (budget, authority, need, timeline) and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives; log activities in HubSpot; constantly improve messaging; achieve daily activity targets, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution; role focuses on engaging US-based decision-makers from a remote Latin America footprint for a software/tech consultancy with growth ambitions.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
