Job Summary
BDR role focused on high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS to U.S.-based decision-makers; build and manage targeted prospect lists using Apollo and Clay, and run multi-touch outbound sequences in Instantly; qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline; book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; log activities and pipeline updates in HubSpot; optimize messaging and outreach strategies to meet daily activity targets, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution; remote role in Latin America (Chiclayo, Peru) with flexible working hours; requires strong English communication and ability to work both independently and as part of a sales team; experience with CRM tools and outbound sales techniques is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles
- Strong outbound selling experience (high-volume outbound prospecting)
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot; Salesforce or similar)
- Ability to work independently and meet KPIs
- Experience with telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
